Yvonne Ann Grimsley

Yvonne Ann Grimsley passed away July 14, 2026, in Delta Colorado at age 86.

Yvonne was born on March 13, 1940, in Delta, Colorado, to Rose Kinterknecht and Pete Kramer. She grew up on the family farm in Delta, Colorado and graduated from Delta High School in 1958.

She met Harry "Rocky" Grimsley and they were married on September 16, 1961. They celebrated 46 years together. They relocated to California where they raised their children before returning to Delta, Colorado. Yvonne worked as an office manager/administrator, along with being co-owner with Rocky of several businesses including R&J Promotions and Thunder Mountain Speedway in Olathe, Colorado. When not working she enjoyed auto racing and collecting and selling antiques and collectibles. She greatly enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Yvonne is survived by her children Brenda Snyder (Fred), Darin Grimsley (Linda) and stepdaughter Debbie Alvarez (Tony). She is also survived by her sisters Trudi Worline (Kurt) and Debbie Wilcox (Carl), six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents Pete and Rose, husband Rocky and sisters Donna Fix (Arnold) and Petria Germann (Ron).

Graveside memorial will be held at 10am July 23, 2026, at Delta Cemetery, Delta, CO
