Shirley Jane Hutchinson

Shirley Jane Hutchinson passed away Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at Delta Health Hospital. She was 90 years old.

Services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Cedaredge Seventh Day Adventist Church - 290 SW 2nd Ave, Cedaredge, CO 81413

Shirley was born in Denver, Colorado to Mary Lucy (Barnhart) and Robert Carl Leslie Craighead on October 2, 1934.

Shirley married Ira Joseph Hutchinson on August 5, 1951. They were together for 66 years when he passed in 2017.

Shirley and Ira were members of the True-Life Church in Cedaredge, Colorado. She enjoyed her family, grandchildren, snowmobiling, gardening, and bowling.

Shirley is survived by daughter-Judy Lynn (Ron Wood) of Louisburg, KS; son-Lee Joe Hutchinson of Cedaredge, CO; sister-Naomi Craighead-Dekker of Denver, CO; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers: Donald Craighead, David Craighead, and Jeff Dekker.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
