Sally Anne Poinier passed away 12/09/2025 in Grand Junction, Colorado. She was 82 years old.

A graveside service will be held on 12/17/2025 at 12:00 pm at Mesa View Cemetery in Delta Colorado.

Sally was born on August 30, 1943, in Tacoma Washington to Dorothy and Rex Price. Sally grew up in Tacoma and El Segundo, California. She graduated from El Segundo High School. After graduation, Sally moved back to the greater Seattle area. She worked as a Cocktail Server in downtown Seattle’s premier and upscale Highrise restaurants and lounges for most of her career.

Sally met David Poinier and was married in 1976. They settled in Woodinville Washington and celebrated 48 years together.

Besides her work, Sally enjoyed gardening, making beautiful handmade cards, glass art (flowers), shopping garage sales and spending time with family and friends.

Sally made her way to Grand Junction in March of 2025 following the death of her husband Dave. She lived for 8 months in the Grand Valley.

Sally is survived by one sister, Dixie Schroder of Delta Colorado, and one brother, Robert Price of San Diego California, along with three nephews and two nieces.

Sally was preceded in death by her husband David Poinier, parents Rex and Dorothy Price, and oldest brother, Bobby Joe Price.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service.
