Patricia Conaway Eisenhauer

Reverand Patricia Conaway Eisenhauer, 88, formerly of Lakeland, FL passed from this world Wednesday morning May 20, 2026, after a brief illness.

Patricia was born to George M. and Helen Slavin in Connecticut. When she was in high school her father took a job in Saudi Arabia and Pat’s adventures began. After high school in Beirut, she married and lived in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Libya before moving to Florida. That marriage did not last and they divorced in 1976.

From basketball in high school to bowling and golf as an adult, Pat was an avid sportswoman and earned many golf club championship trophies. Pat began her real estate career in St. Petersburg and that career led to meeting her love-of-a-lifetime, Ike. Pat and Ike were married February 14, 1998.

In addition to being successful in the real estate industry, Reverend Pat transcended everyday thinking by gifting us a philosophy in harmony with the basic tenets of all the world's great religions. Her ministry covered several churches, The Spiritual Positive Living Power Center, and nursing homes. Rev. Pat embodied, exemplified, taught her core beliefs that we are Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience. She lived and taught that truth, embracing both her humanity and her divinity. Rev. Pat and Ike were well known and appreciated in Central Florida for their leadership and support for all people’s spiritual journeys over several decades.

Pat’s favorite adventures were with Ike. Whether on the boat taking the dogs for a swim or travels to Europe, Canada or across the U.S. they had fun and made each other smile. Some of her fondest memories included travels and adventures with Ike’s son Bar and his wife Dannie.

Pat is survived by her daughter Ann (Ric Lynch) Conaway of Cedaredge, CO. Two stepsons Michael (Carol) Conaway of Largo, FL, and L. Bar & Dannielle Eisenhauer of Van Sant Airport, Erwinna, PA and one brother Charles Dolge of North Carolina.

Pat is predeceased by her husband Alwin “Ike” Eisenhauer, her son Franklyn “Buddy” Conaway, and her brother George H. Slavin.
