Patrica Jean
Atchley
June 14, 1970 – March 31, 2026
Patrica “Patti” Jean Atchley, 55, of Cedaredge, Colorado, passed away on March 31st, surrounded by love. Patti shared her life with her devoted domestic partner, Kenny Bagwell, and together they built a home filled with care, laughter, and family.
Patti was born to Linda Crigchlow and Earl Price and grew up in Oak Creek, Colorado, where she graduated from Oak Creek High School. She went on to complete additional education and became certified in billing and coding as well as transcription work. She dedicated much of her life to caring for others as a home health caregiver, a role that truly reflected her compassionate and giving nature.
Patti had a beautiful, creative spirit and loved trying new crafts of all kinds. She especially enjoyed smoldering art, always excited to create something unique and meaningful. She found peace in the outdoors—whether she was out searching for mushrooms or exploring with Kenny, she treasured those quiet moments in nature. She lived her life honestly and with a deep respect for nature, values that guided how she treated others and the world around her. Patti also had a playful, sharp sense of humor—she was a bit of a smart alec, and those who knew her best will always remember her quick wit and the way she could make them laugh.
More than anything, Patti loved her family. She is survived by her mother, Linda Crigcholow; her daughter, Jami Renae White, and son-in-law; and her two granddaughters. She is also survived by five grandchildren from her beloved son, Raymond Atchley, who preceded her in death. Patti is further survived by her three brothers and two sisters, as well as her stepdaughter, Emily Bagwell and stepson, Noah Bagwell, whom she cared for deeply.
Patti will be remembered for her kind heart, her creativity, her humor, and the way she made those around her feel loved and cared for. She had a gentle strength and a warm presence that will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
