Letitia (Tisha) Gayle Bugliarello, 65, of Anthem, Arizona, passed away on September 10th, 2026 in Paonia, Colorado, at home.
Born on June 4, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio, Tisha was the daughter of Winston Simmons and Phyllis Wilkins. Her childhood took her from Dayton, Ohio to New Port Richey, Florida, and then to Marysville, Tennessee, before her family ultimately settled in Scottsdale, Arizona, when she was 13. There, she embraced the freedom and adventure of the desert, riding her beloved horse, Coco, through the open landscape and spending time with her goat, Penelope.
Tisha lived a beautiful life centered around the people she loved most. She was married to Terry Parrill beginning in 1983, and together they raised three children: Angela Grace, Terrance (Alex) Alexander, and Corena Jean Parrill. On February 16, 1999, Tisha married Gerald (Jerry) Bugliarello, beginning a partnership filled with love and adventure. Together, they raised their daughter, Christina Rose Bugliarello. Tisha was also a proud grandmother to two grandchildren, Ian Anthony Moorhead and Dylan Thomas Moorhead, whose lives brought her so much joy.
Throughout her life, Tisha worked a variety of jobs, but she was perhaps best known for her work as a stock trader, and as a Jazzercise and Zumba instructor, where her energy and enthusiasm brought people together. Her work, like so much of her life, reflected her independence, determination, and vibrant spirit.
Those who knew Tisha will remember her radiant energy and her deep love for her family, friends, dogs, and dancing. She had a gift for making people feel welcome and turning everyday moments into something to celebrate. She spent much of her life attending and teaching exercise classes, where she found not only joy in movement, but also a community of friendships that meant so much to her.
Tisha enjoyed spending her summers in scenic Paonia, Colorado, in the cabin built by her husband, Jerry. In recent years, she and Jerry traveled the country in their Winnebago camper and explored national parks, campgrounds, and all kinds of new places together, always accompanied by their dogs. She embraced adventure, but it was the people she shared those adventures with who made them special.
Tisha's proudest accomplishments were raising her four beautiful children and watching her wonderful grandchildren grow up. She found immense joy in the simple, beautiful things in life: watching hummingbirds and trick-or-treaters, picking cherries, spending time with children, admiring roses and sunflowers, watching the autumn leaves change, enjoying a piece of cake or a donut, and taking in a beautiful sunset. These small moments brought her great happiness, and she had a remarkable ability to find joy wherever she was.
Tisha leaves behind a lasting legacy of love. She brought an immense amount of warmth, joy, and life to everyone around her, and she had a remarkable way of making people feel loved, welcomed, and seen. She was a cherished friend to so many and a deeply loving mother who took immense pride in her children and family.
She will be remembered for her beaming smile, warm heart, radiant energy, and, of course, her killer dance moves. Her absence will be deeply felt by the countless people whose lives she touched, but the love she gave so freely will live on through her family and the community of friends she gathered throughout her life. Tisha's life was a celebration of love, family, friendship, and joy, and she leaves all of those things behind in the hearts of the people who loved her.
~ Wherever there is music, may we think of her dancing ~
