Laura Mae Gibson

Laura Mae Gibson was born to Virgil and Buela Smith of Delta, Colorado on September 14, 1940, in Delta, Colorado. Laura had three brothers:  Audie Smith of Grand Jct. Bo Smith of Delta. William Murphy of Delta.  All preceded her in death along with her parents and her son Steven Gibson. Laura had four children:  Rona Gallup of Delta, Becky Standish of Delta, Steven Gibson of Denver(deceased), Gary Gibson of Green River Wyoming.  Laura had 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.  Laura's profession was a front desk secretary that included Delta Middle School - which she loved dearly.  Her hobbies included reading, painting, and keeping up with the happenings of all her grandchildren.  Laura will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.  No services will be held at her request.
