Joseph Alan Salgado

On August 9, 2025, Jojo was called to come home to heaven among the angels. We are so blessed to be able to spend the last 14 years with our amazing little boy. He lit up every room he was in, his laughter was infectious, and his smile could change your day. Jojo had the best sense of humor and was the happiest when surrounded with family and friends. Though Jojo had few words to say, he was the best friend and listener; he made each person in his life feel special and had a way of connecting with others and making everyone feel loved and accepted. Jojo made friends everywhere he went and loved meeting new people and hearing their stories. He had a love for music, movies, and books. Jojo will dearly be missed and forever loved.

Joseph is survived by his Mama, Anna Lisa Hutcheson, his Step-Dad, Will Montgomery, his Father, Hernan Gandia-Salgado, his “second Mama” and his Sister, Emily (Meme) and five other siblings, Ashley, Andrea, Julian, Jonathan, and Olivia, and two nieces, Alexis and Rockie, and one nephew, Oakley.
