Jonathan “Josh” Dennis Stapelfeldt passed away January 9th, 2023, at Paonia Care Center in Paonia, Colorado. He was 77 years old.
Josh was born on May 4th, 1945, in Norwalk, Connecticut to Dorothy Henze (Dennis) and Alfred Stapelfeldt. He graduated from John McMann High School. Josh then continued his education at the Florida Institute of Technology with his bachelor’s degree in industrial process control. Josh’s chosen career path was as a business owner in electronics. He and Craig Blevins became business partners and spent many years working together in Marble and Aspen, Colorado.
Josh is survived by his good friend Craig; sisters: Karen, Cedar and Lisa.
Josh is preceded in death by his parents and brother Chris Staplefeldt.
