Joel enjoyed drawing, poetry, building boats,especially kayaks, working with wood, music, his Irish heritage, his dog and loved to be outdoors.
Joel was a resident of Mesa for the past 2 years coming from Grand Junction, CO.
Among survivors are his parents Dave Neil and his wife Jeanette, and his mother Linda Moore and her husband Cameron of Ouray, CO, three sisters: Alicia Miranda and husband Shawn of Fruita, CO, Krystal Ciluffo and husband Danial of Aztec, NM, Jayci Winters of Chicago, IL.; Maternal grand parents Frank and Bonnie Dicamillo of Delta, CO.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
