With heavy hearts and fond memories, we announce the passing of Jesse Weatherford, who left this world on August 30, 2026, at the age of 43. Born on March 17, 1983, in Delta, Colorado, Jesse brought joy and kindness to everyone he encountered throughout his life. Jesse was a cherished son to Scott and Sheri Weatherford, a devoted father to his beloved son, Alxzander, a loving brother to Kaimi Weatherford and a caring uncle to Alyssa and Parker Weatherford. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he cherished the time he spent with them.

He was a graduate of Delta High School and pursued a fulfilling career with Alpha Plumbing and Heating, where he dedicated over ten years of service. Jesse was known not only for his exceptional work ethic but also for his warm smile and wonderful sense of humor that endeared him to colleagues and clients alike.

In his free time, Jesse found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved floating down the river, singing karaoke with friends, and he cherished evenings spent around a bonfire with those he considered family and friends. Jesse's life was a testament to the beauty of kindness and the power of a helping hand. He touched the lives of many with his care-free spirit and was always ready with a smile to lift you up when you were feeling down.

A viewing for Jesse will be held on September 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Taylor Funeral Service, located at 682 1725 Rd, Delta, CO 81416. We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in saying our final farewells. In the words of Jesse himself, "We are all just animals floating on a little rock in space."
