Erma M. (Patterson) Knox

Erma M. (Patterson) Knox passed away 02/01/2026 at Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose Colo. She was 94 years old.

Erma was born November 13,1931, in Delta, Colorado, to Bernice Howlett, and James Franklin Patterson. Erma grew up in and around Nucla.

Erma met Charles E. Barnes, and they were married on December 13,1949. They had three children. Beverly Christian, Cindy Scott and husband Mike, Debra Kingery. All of Montrose. Charles Barnes passed away in 1981.

Erma met and married Harold Knox in 1989. They lived in Olathe Colo until the time of his death.

Erma is survived by brothers Robert Raddatz and wife Linda of Palmdale California, James Ross and wife Marilyn of Rawlins Wyoming one sister Marlene Shrock of San Francisco, California.

Erma is preceded in death by two of her children. Debra Kingery passed away 10/03/2014. Beverly Christian passed away 10/09/2014, and numerous brothers and sisters.

A funeral service for Erma will be held at a later date.
