Emilio was born on 2/11/1948, in Alamosa, Colorado, and passed peacefully at home on 3/15/2023, in Delta, Colorado

He is survived by sons, Thomas L. Lovato (Sheila/wife), Chris E. Lovato (Nikkie/wife) and daughter Samantha (Lovato)Smith (Walter). His twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren. He also is survived by three brothers and three sisters and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Patsy Lovato, his parents, four brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren.

Emilio was loved by so many people including coworkers and friends. After he got out of the Army, he started driving big trucks for a living and did that until he retired last year. 

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
