Donna Stevens

Donna Stevens passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 9, 2025, at home in Delta, CO. Donna was 67 years old when she went home to be with the Lord.

She is survived by her 3 daughters, Delonna Stevens of Denver, CO, Andrea Santana of Austin, TX, Janessa Stevens of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sisters Sherill Hoefer of Delta, CO and Gloria Ortega of Albuquerque, NM, and brother Gary Bland (Cathy Lemon) of Denver, CO.

At 65 years old Donna went back to school and finished 2 years of college. Her goal was to be a counselor for victims of domestic violence. Donna loved growing flowers, gardening and her cat, Precious. Donna was a light to everyone who knew her. Her zest for life was infectious and she never met a stranger.

Celebration of Life will be held on October 11, 2025, 1:00 pm, at 835 Eudora St, Denver, CO.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Donna’s name, to any domestic violence shelter
