Clinton Earl Hamilton

Clinton Earl Hamilton passed away at his home in Delta, CO on October 30th, 2026. He was 75 years old. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Clinton was born on May 19th, 1951, in Delta, CO to Ora Orva (Hamblin) and (Charles) LeRoy Hamilton. He grew up in Eckert and graduated from Cedaredge High School in 1969. In Jan. 1970 he joined the U. S. Navy serving until 1974. He worked as an electrician, carpenter, and truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching the Broncos and Nuggets, and had a fondness for old vehicles.

Clinton and Ponda (Chandler) were married in 1980 and divorced in 1988.

Clinton is survived by his two daughters, Crystal and Valerie both living in Fort Collins, CO. He is also survived by his pride, his only grandchild, Neal Clinton of Fort Collins.

Additional survivors include his sister, Rebecca Cole of Blackfoot, ID; several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

Clinton is preceded in death by his parents, LeRoy and Ora; his brother, Charley; his sisters, Marilyn and Kathryn; and nephews, “Stinker” Norman and Rick(y).

Clinton and his laugh will be greatly missed.
