Angie Rodriguez

Angie Rodriguez entered into her eternal life in Heaven at home on May 20, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 23, 1936, in Roy, New Mexico to Frank and Frances Royal.

Angie was the eldest of 8 siblings. She grew up Roy, and in Pueblo, CO and eventually making her way with her dad and siblings to Delta, CO. There she met her future husband Jose Filimon Rodriguez. They married on September 8, 1958, spending almost 62 years together. Together they raised a beautiful family of four boys and one girl.

Angie was a homemaker, worked as a waitress and as a caretaker. Her most important work was raising five children.

Surviving are her four children, their spouses and their families; Deborah & Frank DeHerrera, Leroy & Audrey Rodriguez, Walter and Margie Rodriguez, Gary & Karen Rodriguez.

Ten Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters, Celina, Adela, Alice, and her brothers, Mike and JB, one brother in-law, seven sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank Sr. and Frances, one sister Gloria, two brothers Anthony and Frank Jr., her husband Joe, her youngest son, Mark, and several nieces and nephews.
