VETERANS BENEFITS:

Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory & Mesa View Cemetery will file for the applicable burial allowance:

• Veteran died in V.A. facilites; or
• Veteran died enroute after being accepted by V.A.;or
• Cause of death was a service connected disability.

Taylor Funeral Service will also secure a flag and headstone upon request. A copy of the form DD 214 (separation notice) is required to secure these items. V.A. INSURANCE:

Contact Veterans officer in the Courthouse for G.I. Insurance or Taylor Funeral Service will assist in filing for V.A. Insurance.
